Brian Dapp joined the AveraOpEx team after 15 years of operations management and engineering experience.  Prior to that, he lead an organization of greater than 400 people responsible for fabricating aircraft components at a large aerospace manufacturer. During this time, he produced continual improvements in aspects of safety, quality, schedule and profitability by leveraging expert team building, project management and process improvement skills. 

Brian has applied his expertise with clients such as Cord Blood Registry, Stanford University Medical Center, Geisinger Medical Laboratories, New York Blood Center, Cleveland Clinic and EwingCole Architects. He has helped clients redesign facilities, manage rapid expansion, improve service and reduce cost. 

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Purdue University in 1990 and later earned a Master of Science in Manufacturing Engineering Systems from San Diego State University.
